The Redesign
Kirman Design
Our customer came to us with online photos of a couple different styles of Kirman carpets, that had previously been sold on another website. With the images, we were able to recreate the design on the computer, allowing us to create maps for the weavers. This particular photo was very faint in color and difficult to reproduce.
Once the CAD Image has been completed; we will break each section down to assist the customer in the color selection process. We have 600 colors available for selection.

Weaving to Washing
Such beautiful details are coming to life!
Here you can see the close-up detail of our 10'x16' custom rug on the vertical loom as the weaver is running a horizontal thread, known as a weft across a row of knots.
Once the rug has been completed and cut down from the loom; it will then be washed in a traditional process that has been done for centuries.
