Do you ship internationally? 

No, we don't currently ship internationally due to some federal restrictions put in place on goods from the country of Iran. Hopefully this will change in the near future.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are shipped out within 2 business days and can expect your rug to arrive within 5 - 7 business days.  However delays can occur and we can't guarantee delivery times.

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns if you aren't happy with an item. You have 15 days to return the item to us.  Items must be in the same condition as when originally purchased or they may be rejected. To return an item, email us.


Do you refund?

We will refund everything except shipping costs.

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept all forms of payment that are accepted through our checkout service using either Square or Paypal. Cash is accepted ONLY in person. No checks or money orders.

$50 Non-refundable HOLDS

HOLDS are $50 per rug for 60 Days

 Holds are Non-refundable meaning that you forfeit the $5o charge should you choose to no longer purchase the rug or product being held. This HOLD is a service provided at the cost of $50 per item. If an item is returned that was once on hold, the refundable amount will be the total purchase price minus the HOLD costs.


Do we make our own rugs? 

No, we do not make any of the rugs that are sold on our site. All of our rugs are listed with the origin of where it was made to the best of our abilities. 

Are our rugs New or Used? 

Almost every rug that we sell is pre-owned. We list each rug as either Brand New, New, Semi Antique or Antique.

Brand New - Never Used

New - Less Than 50 Years

Semi Antique - Greater Than 50, Less Than 100

Antique - 100 Or Greater

What do the different conditions mean ? 

We take great pride in accurately describing the condition of our rugs. While most of our rugs are previously owned, most are in excellent condition. We describe the condition of the rug in great detail towards the bottom of each product page but also list it in a generic category of condition which is described below. You will find rugs listed in Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good and Fair.

Like New - No signs of wear or defects.

Excellent - Appears like new but their may be very minor signs of wear to pile.

Very Good - The rug has some signs of wear but is intact on the sides (selvedge) and ends (fringe).

Good - Rug has signs of wear such as low pile or worn fringe and or selvedge.

Fair - Rug has signs of wear in the pile as well as fringe and or selvedge.

Is child labor involved in these rugs ? 

While many children in weaving towns or cities learn to weave at very early ages the bulk of production is produced by adults; much of by women.
