We'll send you several color poms that you can look at and compare to your current rug. This way you can pick the red that works best with your current home decor and lighting.
We will cover shipping and return shipping for the color poms. Please remember to return all the color poms, as they are expensive and will be charged to you if not returned, or damaged. **Please avoid excessive handling of the wool poms or leaving under light for a long period of time.
If you don't find a color that works, I can possibly send you more color poms to view. If we can't find a satisfactory color for your project, we can mutually dissolve the agreement and you will receieve a full refund.
Purchase Agreement
By signing this document or paying the deposit, you’re agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of this agreement as well as those listed at Shoppersianrugs.com / Bewyac Group.
Deposits
A deposit of $100 or 20%, whichever is greater, must be received at the time of signing this agreement. The deposit is non-refundable, unless mutually dissolved by both parties. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the product, minus any costs for damaged or unreturned color poms. Color poms are valued at $25 per color pom.
Payments
The remaining balance of the product is due prior to shipment, after seeing completed photos of the finished product. We have many options available through our checkout with Paypal, Square or Sezzle. Sezzle at checkout, can make paying with payments simple. Check it out.
Order Progress
Throughout the order process, we provide photo and or video updates of the progress of your project. These updates are also shown at Shopcustomrugs.com.
Quality Control
We take great pride in the quality of our custom rugs we sell and produce, which means we want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. We visually inspect every rug before it’s shipped to the customer.
Hand-knotted rugs are produced, by hand, which means perfection is near impossible. Our rugs may have small imperfections in pile height or dimensions that range from 2” (+ or -). Look over your new rug and report any issues within seven days of your receiving your shipment.
